Shipping Policy

At Capimart, we work with international suppliers who ship products directly to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery Time
The average delivery time is between 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Once payment is confirmed, order processing and dispatch take between 1 to 3 business days.

Tracking
All orders include a tracking code, which will be sent to your email so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Partial Shipments
If you purchase more than one item, they may be shipped separately, each with its own tracking number.

Possible Taxes
In rare cases, customs may apply additional fees or import taxes. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your information before completing the purchase. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned to the sender, and the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
