Refund Policy
At Capimart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund under the conditions below.
Timeframes

Dissatisfaction with the product: within 7 calendar days of receipt.

Manufacturing defect: within 30 calendar days of receipt.
For visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos or a short video of the product and its packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered a result of misuse.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories and components.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (e.g., links removed from a bracelet).
Once we receive the product and it passes quality inspection, the customer may choose to:

Exchange it for another available product.

Receive a refund for the product’s value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty
All products include a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.
To activate the warranty, the customer must send a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.
Important: the warranty does not cover

Aesthetic damage after purchase (broken screens, scratches, dents).

Damage caused by liquids or humidity.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Improper use of accessories.

Normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, loss of shine, battery reduction, etc.).

Resistance tests not recommended (impacts, water exposure, or excessive pressure).
